Switch non-wind TIE, all tfrag, and all shrub, to use
glMultiDrawElements
. This updates the TFRAG3 format to version 14, so you'll need to extract levels after this change.At the starting point, the frame time is 6.3ms now, down from 7.6ms. I think there's probably another few hundred microseconds to gain from TIE wind improvements.
