Improved tool for Jak 1 game_text file. Allows you to put in any non-ASCII (or otherwise special-mapped) characters that are supported by the game's large font, and will be converted to the appropriate character codes.

Also includes a few fixes.

Looks good, just a few comments!

I tested it locally in linux and it worked, even after resaving the FontUtils.cpp file in a few editors. The output from the tool is still exactly identical to the game.
