It is unclear whether disabling of dynamic imports was necessary because of a bug in a particular version of equinox or something else. This PR explicitly allows the dynamic imports for classes in
io.opentelemetryto fix an issue where the class for@WithSpanannotation is not found by the matching because it is dynamically imported.
