Android Studio Setup

You can build your code with Eclipse and IntelliJ Idea Studio, Sublime text editor or by any editor and can build the code but we at Mifos Use "Android Studio (Latest)".

After downloading and installing Android Studio. Follow the below steps to install the necessary tools required to build the project successfully.

  1. Open your SDK Manager
    • Select Build Tools Version 23
    • Scroll down to Extras
      • Select
        • Google Repository
        • Google Play Services
          and Install them

Note:As per the latest android-studio-bundle-{latest} along with the above mentioned installations( i.e Google play services and Google repository), Install all the other mandatory packages shown in SDK manager.
