More information and links about sub-libraries and maintainers has been added into the readme file. It also, somehow enhanced to be more readable and categrized.

The issue was defined by @jdsika in a meeting.

Add a description
The contents and structure of the README.md file has been changed

Some questions to ask

What does it fix?
Is this a bugfix or a feature? Does it break any existing functionality or force me to update to a new version?
