ReadUnambiguousSuggestedClusterAliaseslogic was broken ever since a change wheresuggested_cluster_aliasvalue indatabase_instancegot copied onto replicas.ReadUnambiguousSuggestedClusterAliaseswas (only) used for ending downtime on alost-in-recoveryserver found to be back in amasterposition. The broken version ofReadUnambiguousSuggestedClusterAliasescould not identify saidmasteras an unambiguous master, hence downtime was never ended.
