What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?
Changing thing form for official case study ideas to be a google form instead of a formspree. This makes it easier for us to make it render properly in the leanpub version.
What was your approach?
I made a new google form using the opencasestudies github account.

Also needed to add no_toc dir back so that the git actions will work again after manually removing the docs folder to fix the commit issue with the leanpub files for the render_all workflow
