Definitely not for this PR, but these ticket / PR numbers only link when viewed on github and inside this repository. If we want them to be functional as part of the downloaded source / module, we should perhaps bit the bullet once, and update them to be proper links.

Fixed
runc processes racing to create the same mountpoint in a shared rootfs
would result in spurious EEXIST errors. In particular, this regression
caused issues with BuildKit. (Starting parallel containers with same mounts can cause an error #4543, [1.2] deps: update to github.com/cyphar/filepath-securejoin@v0.3.5 #4550)
Cilium's eBPF library version to 0.16 in runc. ("failed to call BPF_PROG_ATTACH (BPF_CGROUP_DEVICE, BPF_F_ALLOW_MULTI): can't attach program: invalid argument: unknown" (master, kernel 5.4, cgroup2) #3008, [1.2] cgroups: ebpf: use link.Anchor to check for BPF_F_REPLACE support #4551)
