Description
Fixes an issue where the CI test container would not install the operator when running on OCP > 4.8
rollingOLM channel.betachannel was removed starting with ODH v1.1.1 which added an install requirement for OCP 4.9+This should resolve failures in openshift/release#31350
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran the CI peak container against a 4.11 cluster where the odh-operator was not installed
Merge criteria:
CI test runs successfully
