feat: add PaymentIntentId attribute for Basket for use with Stripe

• Added the attribute to a basket successfully in the django shell.
• Confirmed backwards migration successfully undid the migration.

For posterity: yup, merging to master to prevent migration # drift over time. Will rebase our test branch against master!
