Nutrition Facts Page: view jumps to empty Serving size field when clicking unit buttons

What

On the Nutrition Facts edit page, the view jumps to the empty Serving size field when clicking unit buttons on the right side of page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Nutrition Facts page for a product
2. If the Serving size field is empty, proceed to step 3. If not, clear the Serving size field
3. Choose a nutrient and change its value
4. Click the unit button for that nutrient
5. See view jump to Serving size field

Expected behavior

Expect view to remain unchanged when clicking button

• App Version: 4.1.0+848

@zanovis Today I was not able to reproduce this issue, on an iOS emulator.
Do you still have this issue, e.g. with 4.3.0? Could be android-related.

Yes, I observed this on 4.3.0 yesterday on Android 13

@zanovis I've just tried again and still could not reproduce the issue on my ios emulator.
That said, I've fixed slightly related lines in #3716, which may fix that issue too.
