Since openhwgroup/cv32e40p#436 isn't likely to be merged/resolved very soon, I updated the tracer in my test area temporarily to test the pv.cplxmul._ instructions and see if they worked as expected. This required the test to be updated and also revealed that my math was less than accurate for some tests. I've fixed the instruction hex values and the results that were incorrect, and the test should now pass once the tracer has been updated
