I'm def up to help 😊 I'm not sure how many local folks you have already in the organization but I can def help with general Montreal logistic things and also language if it ever gets in the way (I speak both English/French fluently).

I'm planning on participating in many sessions of the collab summit so not sure how much availability I'm going to have on the 13th/14th but I'm willing to join a call and learn more about it 😄

I'm a bit surprised that the draft agenda is a single track. At least a few of the proposals were for working sessions where having everybody at the summit attend was not expected.

Did all of the submitted sessions fit into a single track and that's why there is only one?
