- Fixes miswording in criteria 1 - it should speak about the API service, not service UI. UI is only optional but API service is required for API conformance
- Specifies reserved URL pattern for GraphQL
- The API documentation criteria apply to public API
- Updates 9 to list an option without the need for Zowe lifecycling (which is only optional)
