[BUG][Data Explorer][Discover] Saved search is not loaded from side nav menu

Describe the bug
When save discover, there are two ways to load it

• In the side nav menu, click the saved search title
• Use Open in the top nav menu and select the saved search
  Currently, only 2nd option works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Discover'.
2. Add some columns, filters, query and change time range. Save it.
3. Click side nav menu and select saved search from step 2.
4. See saved search is not loaded.

Expected behavior
Both option should work.
