add configurable throughput + client params to http logs

Description

Updates http_logs workload with configurable throughput + client parameters. Cherry-picked to branches 1, 2, 3 and 7 and tested here.

Most likely 1 and 7 will fail merge since multi_term_agg does not exist in versions before 2.1.0. Let's see if it fails for those branches and if it does, we'll create a manual PR and ensure multi_term_agg is not included.
