Thanks, this looks good to me. I'm going to merge. @showerst your ticket doesn't mention which bills were getting ignored so I don't 100% know that this solves it. I did run the code and got 91 bills in output, which looks complete to me. |

It was missing SB 14 - 16, so this patch fixes it. Thanks @braykuka @jessemortenson ! |
