Add alternative Dockerfiles based on debian operating system

LGTM.
I think it is a good idea to check those Dockerfiles on CI.
I'm not familiar with cross-platform docker but AFAIK docker buildx can be used for that.

Hi @koral-- ,
I never tested buildx but it seems indeed to be a good track, althrough it is still an experimental feature which requires the 19.03 version of docker.
What I know is my Dockerfile for armhf is a little bit different as for x86_64, because it requires a more recent version of nodejs.
