Colon-separated direction values removed when using the input

Behavior:

• When editing a direction=* tag using the incremental input, tags with multiple colon-separated values are truncated to the first
• Can still be edited in the manual tag editor

Possible Solution:

• When dealing with a tag with multiple values in the input, increment both values by 1 when using the arrows.
