Reason for Change

This change is introduced to help make it easier to build the drag-chain-assembly when using drag-chain sourced from LDO. This change is an improvement for two major reasons:

  • This version is less prone to breaking as it is no longer retained with a snap-fit
  • The drag-chain-assembly is easier to open for maintainance as glue is no longer required for securing the snap-fit

The image below shows x-cable-chain-bracket-alt sitting between two proxy models of drag chain cable covers:
