Since upgrading to v1.9.1 (#4405) we've had performance issues in the weekly analysis, which may be related to one of the Maven features here.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?**
Downgrade back to v1.9.0 to see if that resolves the issue. I've also reached out to the osv-scanner team
