This doesn't generally change any
.jsor.tssource files - just version ranges, comments, and type annotations. The only functional changes are removing unused_es fromcatch (_e) {blocks, now that that's enabled by default in@typescript-eslint/no-unused-vars: https://typescript-eslint.io/blog/announcing-typescript-eslint-v8#rule-breaking-changes.Fixes #404.
