Motivation

It was currently not possible to install marketplace enterprise apps in the current docker container

Tested

Rebuilt base image, built server image based on new base image - started container and verified its working:

ocker run -e OWNCLOUD_MARKETPLACE_APIKEY=myapikey -e OWNCLOUD_LICENSE_KEY=my-license-key -e OWNCLOUD_APPS_INSTALL=enterprise_key,user_shibboleth --rm -p 80:80 oc/server:latest
