Seen with client 2.9.0-beta3 -- followup on #8547

When the sync succeeded, but there were some ignored files, the tray icon shows an 'i' iin a blue circle.
In this case the tray icon menu does not show a date. Instead it shows a useless "Syncing 0 of 0":

Expected behaviour: With the ignored state it should tell you n files ignored

Tested with ownCloud 4.0.0.10458-daily20230320 9e0f47

Expected: last sync date ✔️

There is Syncing 0 of 0 message for a short period of time but I think that's expected. CC @TheOneRing
