?app=files# Ghost files/Texts?

If I search for the word 'conflict' there are results for Files and Texts. Under the Text section files like:
FOX_conflict-20121014-141858.TXT are displayed. The problem is that if I hold the pointer over such a line the url to this (non existing???) file is '?app=files#' instead of some thing like '?app=files&dir=//clientsync#'

If I search for FOX.TXT (the conflicting file) it is displayed as a match but has the same '?app=files#'

If I click on the result it opens an empty editor but if I try to write some thing in the editor nothing happens and the only button is 'Close'

I'm using 4.5.4 upgraded from 4.x.x

I have run a rescan but the problem remains.

@bmjbmj is this still an issue with the current stable 4.5.7 or ownCloud 5 beta 2? @butonic can you comment regarding search result links?
