The new dynamic registry is new to REVA, in oCIS we already used it before, right @refs? I think it could be mentioned somehow that we helped to make REVA more cloud native ;-)

There were also a few more bugfixes in REVA that come with this release, maybe a general Other bugfixes in REVA and oCIS makes sense?

I usually only mention bug fixes if they have a direct impact on users or admins which is worth to mention. For other things, we still have the full changelog.
