[OCIS storage] OCIS storage test result discrepancies

When developing the new OCIS storage, we used the same tests like the OC storage. The OC storage has some tests that show the non-expected behavior but fail on the OCIS storage.

We need to go through all these OCIS storage test discrepancies and find out whether:

• OCIS storage fixes something that is still broken in OC: in this case we need to split the test and tag it passing for OCIS and failing for OC
• OCIS storage is more broken than OC: raise ticket to solve it
