Can't edit collaborators while file uploads are in progress #5031

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upload a reasonably large folder (I went for a WordPress plugin with ~4.000 items)
  2. Move into the uploading folder while the upload is still in process
  3. Try sharing an item with a fellow user

Expected behaviour

Either the sharing dialogue is disabled/not displayed while the upload is still running or I can already share files/folders that are partly/completely uploaded

Actual behaviour

It feels like the sharing dialogue/sidebar gets rerendered a couple of times per second so it's impossible to successfully share something with a fellow user

With #6202 merged this issue can be closed 👏🏽
