@rabernat and @cgentemann this is due to an issue with 'latest' Pangeo-notebook image in Pangeo stacks (pangeo/pangeo-notebook:2020.02.03-0853dbb). Selecting other images (such as base-notebook:latest) still works for the time being until we resolve pangeo-data/pangeo-stacks#122
