There was some discussion on having the lightweight 'headless' version of opencv in conda-forge at conda-forge/opencv-feedstock#293 (comment), but it didn't seem to get anywhere.

We could try to at least include the libGL.so.1 library so that users could at least install opencv on their own, see discussion at microsoft/planetary-computer-containers#32 where I tried to add it to Planetary Computer? But best to understand the use case first.
