Fixes T-1098
It was weird that
url:was required for using the image transformer from HTML/CSS/new URL, but not for other types of files. Changing this also means thaturl:is not required to import an image from JS, but that's ok.url:is mainly for unknown types of files so that we can add a default behavior later without breaking changes.This also updates
sharpto the latest version, which supports Apple Silicon.
