add fullscreen options

It works by simply adding data-fullscreen="true" or data-fullscreen="1" attribute to the canvas tag, tested locally on chrome and firefox.

By the way, I did not touched the files inside dist, but they should be recompiled too. I did not commit them because after run it there were a lot of new lines that were not related with my commit.
