Simple coffee quality analysis from dataset available from Coffee Quality Institute - from January 2018. Dataset was done by James LeDoux - https://github.com/jldbc/coffee-quality-database. I'm interested only in arabica coffee and its quality. I would like to explore this dataset and see what stands behind quality points of some arabica coffee. Each coffee in this dataset has been reviewed by Coffee Cuper - specialized reviewer that gives coffee quality points. Dataset is precleaned - but I have done some extra cleaning.
Notebook with all preprocessing steps:
- data preprocessing and cleaning
- export data to csv file
- visualisation with Tableau
Dataset contain information about coffee country of origin / name of the producer / coffee variety / processing method / coffee quality descriptors like aroma, sweetness, acidity / lot number / name of the farm and some more.

In the future, the project can be improved by:
- adding more 'quality coffee' data from more other sources
- adding more analyses
- extending the dataset to coffee consumption / import / export etc. (next project ahead)
