start skywalking

configure environment:

SW_AGENT_ENABLE: open skywalking agent, switch true, false, default false.

SW_SERVICE_NAME: skywalking trace service name, default perf-mq-producer.

SW_COLLECTOR_URL: skywalking collector url, default localhost:11800.
