PR Description
This PR introduces a payment channel example which uses the perun-stellar-backend (https://github.com/perun-network/perun-stellar-backend) and perun-eth-backend (https://github.com/perun-network/perun-eth-backend) to swap ETH for XLM on local chains.
Features
This includes the deployment on both chains, creating payment clients that hold an ethereum- and stellar address and funding, closing/concluding and withdrawing on both chains.
