Issues addressed in #1043 will be resolved in separate PRs.
This PR resolves for the 6 dof model:
KandMmatrices of the shaft elements;Mmatrix of the shaft elements;the considerations of n_links on matrices of bearing elements.**the consideration of n_links does not seem to be so trivial, in the test I am running the 6 dof matrices are singular.
I need to investigate this further.
