v1.2.2: macOS Catalina Notarization

The app is now notarized by Apple, which means macOS Catalina will no longer scream at you like an Armadyl crossbow when trying to install OSRS Touch Bar. This closes #18!

While this patch won't add an Authenticator delay, it will update OSRS Touch Bar to comply with macOS Mojave's new Security & Privacy settings and close #17.
