This wiki will help the user install, execute and extend phyloDB. Check also the README for a fast introduction. The organization of this wiki is divided into 4 main sections:

  • Deployment guide, with instructions to deploy phyloDB in a server.
  • API documentation, guides the user to both produce software using phyloDB
  • Authentication explanation
  • Architecture overview, which depicts several features of phyloDB and how to extend and improve functionalities of the current version of phyloDB.
