- Use correct namespace for templates. Fixes Using VS project template creates invalid code when project name contains hyphen #1897
- Prevent error code when initially loading .cs files
- Properly save/restore position of splitter
- Don't require intellisense to be initialized before showing editor so it shows quicker
- Fix crashes in VS for Mac when using XamMac2 platform
- Enable setting styles and background color of window in designer
- Use correct namespace for templates. Fixes picoe#1897

- Add constructors with handle so it can properly route messages after no longer used
- initialize properly if already initialized on windows - Mac: Window.BackgroundColor now returns a valid value
