Wpf: Fire MouseUp when a control loses mouse capture #2308

A control will lose mouse capture if something happens during the mouse click+drag, such as if a dialog is shown through an invoke. In this case we now fire the MouseUp event so any logic that is counting on the mouse down+move+up events to fire reliably can do so.
