*: replace exportloopref with copyloopvar

Issue Number: close #56509

Problem Summary:

What changed and how does it work?

The linter 'exportloopref' is deprecated due to: Since Go1.22 (loopvar) this linter is no longer relevant. Replaced by copyloopvar.

• exportloopref -> copyloopvar
• disable noloopclosure
• disable loopclosure
• disable RangeValInClosureRule in revive
• disable RangeValAddress in revive
