A note on version numbering discrepancy: This release follows on OMP 1.2.0 and introduces a modest number of improvements/fixes. It would normally deserve a version number of OMP 1.3.0 to reflect the changes since 1.2.0, but part of our long-term strategy is to prepare for simultaneous releases of OMP and OJS and further decrease the distinguishing factors between the two applications. Therefore we are jumping the version number to 3.1 in preparation for synchronized future releases of OMP and OJS.
