Repository for LD scripts; common LD script for ESP8266

• Add ldscripts directory to -L to main build script (DefaultEnvironment)
• Create base template for ESP8266 and then extend only RAM/ROM regions for the specific board variations.
• Move LD scripts to platformio-package-ldscripts repository

Please help us with testing PlatformIO 2.6.1.dev1. The LD scripts were significantly modified.

1. Upgrade to the latest http://docs.platformio.org/en/latest/installation.html#d-development-version
2. Replace existing ~/.platformio/ldscripts with https://github.com/platformio/platformio-pkg-ldscripts

P.S: New ESP8266 boards will be added as soon as possible.
