Broken theme builds on v0.4.x #152

On the v0.4.x releases, if I try to build with a theme I get the following error:

client.go:134: open temp_build/ejected/router.svelte: file does not exist

We no longer eject the core files to the filesystem on every build, so the theme should look for the router file that has been embedded (#137).
