BUG

What I did:

Go in Site Setup -> Theming -> Advanced settings -> Custom Styles

What I expect to happen:

Fully translated

What actually happened:

The placeholder "Put your plain css..." is not translated.

Plone 5.2.2rc1 / plone.app.theming 4.1.1
