This PR is for #334. It updates the front-end landing page map and tabs to accommodate the new data from the database.
How to Test
Navigate to https://policydesignlab-dev.ncsa.illinois.edu/ and verify that the landing page maps are displaying the new data. Validate to ensure that the landing pages are behaving as expected.
