Administrator Privilege emails

When administrator permissions are revoked, the system send an email about the changed permissions. However, the subject line still reads "Administrator privileges granted in DMP Assistant"

If both emails (granted and revoked) share a subject, we could change this to "Administrator privileges updated in DMP Assistant"
