LiveIntent registration link fix (#2300)

* Add LiveIntent ID module to the overview

* Update LiveIntent ID docs

- remove 'providedIdentifierName' parameter, as it's removed from code (prebid/Prebid.js#5407)
- adjust links in the docs
- new privacy policy
- code examples updated to include the storage part
