What does this PR do?
Shader Model 5.1 was missing in the listed shader models available,this PR just add it.
How does this PR change Premake's behavior?
There is no behavior changes.
Anything else we should know?
I tested with a project with sm 5.1 shaders, but didn't do a branch for this small change.
