Reading timestamp with type INT64 in Parquet file fails #13855

This was misfiled against PrestoSQL trinodb/trino#2220

@ryanrupp found that this was caused by stricter schema validation introduced here.

Might be as simple as allowing INT64 to also be a timestamp. Parquet doesn't have a timestamp type?
